Welcoming back Niche – The London String Quartet
We’ve asked Niche – The London String Quartet to come back and play for us again! We’ve been big fans since we first heard them play for us, at our previous Sassi Holford event last September, when they filled the orangery with a selection of romantic modern wedding songs. As well as masters of their craft, they are experts at setting a scene and evoking the perfect mood.
With their relaxing yet celebratory sound, we knew they would be perfect for an event all about weddings, but we were so impressed that we also asked them back to join us at our ITA* Secret Garden Party at Stationers’ Hall. Guests walked through our giant Secret Garden book, into Stationers’ Hall’s own ‘secret garden’ to a gorgeous Niche soundtrack. They really set the scene and conjured the mood of the book perfectly – the ideal intro to our party!

The Niche quartet is comprised of Kimberley, Antonia, Krisztina and Gabs, who have all been playing strings since childhood! They have all played individually around the world including in New York and Budapest and together have an impressive history of London venues such as The Royal Albert Hall, and work on many TV programmes such as Jools Holland and X Factor. We’re glad that they’re settled in London for now, covering all kinds of events from weddings to conferences…and of course, bridalwear launches!
