The Painted Hall

The Painted Hall is a stunning Baroque space designed by Sir Christopher Wren and Nicholas Hawksmoor, often described as the “finest dining hall in Europe”. It features spectacular wall and ceiling decoration by Sir James Thornhill, who lavished 19 years on the work! The Painted Hall is a showstopping room which can accommodate up to 400 awe-struck guests.
