Yet another engagement for one of the ITA girls!! Claire Phelps – congratulations to you! ‘Husband-to-be’ Bobby set about planning an exquisite proposal, asking her father for her hand in marriage and researching the right bar (and table!) to propose at before doing it on her 30th birthday.
