Bright and airy, the Westminster Room benefits from large leaded windows, natural light and stunning views of Westminster Abbey. This small room, situated on the ground floor next to the Abbey Room, is well suited for boardroom meetings, interviews and presentations or can be used as a breakout space for a larger event.

Located on the ground floor, the Council Room offers a wonderful view of Dean’s Yard and Westminster Abbey. With its small lobby, this elegant room can be used as a self-contained area, suiting small meetings or private dinners.

Originally used by bishops as their robing room during General Synod, the Bishops’ Robing Room is adjacent to the Convocation Hall and makes an ideal breakout space and green room for guest speakers. It can also be used on its own for small discussion groups, meetings and interviews.

Often used for smaller meetings, the Charter Room is located on the first floor and overlooks Dean’s Yard and Westminster Abbey. With its elegant style, it can be used for private meetings, intimate dinners and interview sessions or be hired as an additional space for larger conferences.

One of Church House smaller spaces, the Jubilee Room is situated next to the popular Bishop Partridge Hall and can be used as an additional room for a larger event. With its stunning views of Dean’s Yard and Westminster Abbey, this intimate space can also suits intimate dinners, small discussion groups and organiser’s office.

Used by the Archbishops of Canterbury and York as their offices during General Synod, these two adjacent rooms are full of history and are well suited for private meetings, one-to-one discussions and interviews. They can also be used as breakout spaces or an organiser’s office for conferences and corporate events.

Located on the lower ground floor, these three small rooms are purpose built for meetings, training and workshops as each of them have their own projector and screen. They can be used individually or in conjunction with each other and have all been designed to be perfectly user friendly.

Named after the architect of the building, the Sir Herbert Baker Room is a flexible and elegant meeting space located on the ground floor. With its large leaded windows, it benefits from natural daylight and superb views of Westminster Abbey and Dean’s Yard. Sir Herbert Baker Room can be used with the adjacent Westminster and Abbey Rooms to create a suite of three rooms.

The Robert Runcie Room offers a spacious yet intimate setting for up to 120 guests. Located on the lower ground floor, the room has a private staircase leading to the Harvey Goodwin Suite so the two rooms can easily be used in conjunction with each other.

Large enough to accommodate meetings, smaller conferences and workshops, yet with an intimate atmosphere suited to press conferences and dinners, the Convocation Hall combines grace, elegance and history – the room housed the House of Lords for periods during the Second World War. A low stage at one end of the room is framed by classically inspired arch details, with a private seated gallery at the other.

Steeped in history, the Hoare Memorial Hall has a stately atmosphere and played host to the House of Commons for a period during the Second World War. Its elegant oak-panelling, Art Deco Chandeliers, built-in stage and gallery gives the room a strong personality. The hall is often used in conjunction with the Assembly Hall but is an alternative venue in its own right for conferences, seminars, receptions and dinners.

Modern and spacious, the Harvey Goodwin Suite is a self-contained room with the latest facilities. Its large and secondary glazed windows allow for plenty of natural daylight, whilst keeping the room sound-proofed. It is directly linked to the Robert Runcie room, which can be used as a breakout space. The Harvey Goodwin Suite is situated close to Great Smith Street entrance, making it easily accessible for guests.

Built in 1939 the stunning Grade II Assembly Hall was designed by world-renowned architect Sir Herbert Baker. Natural light streams through the 15 arched windows onto the gallery level, but can be darkened if required. The polished English oak panelling and emblems sit beneath the room’s architectural focal point – a striking 30-foot glass dome.

Located on the ground floor, the Abbey Room overlooks Dean’s Yard and Westminster Abbey. This versatile meeting room is adjacent to the Westminster and Herbert Baker Rooms and is well-suited to private corporate meetings, intimate dinners, atmospheric receptions and interview sessions.

Located on the first floor, next to the Convocation Hall, the College Room is often used in conjunction with larger spaces. Its intimate size makes it a suitable green room for speakers or an organiser’s office. It can also accommodate small meetings.
